12 of 50: The Chavalier Inn (Exeter, Devon)

Well, we stayed overnight, and then went into the town in the morning to get breakfast.  Where else would we go but here.  Strange pub with what feels like 2 in 1 (there is a bar upstairs and downstairs).  After the pub we went to the cathedral, which was really cool.

11 of 50: The Imperial (Exeter, Devon)

delta is planning on going to University in Exeter,  we are not happy about it of course, but we love him and have to support him.  He was invited to an audition at the university campus, and of course we offered to take him.  Just outside of the audition we found this awesome spoons.  It looks like an old manor house, and is probably my favourite so far.  The bar was small (but I think there was more than 1), great grounds.  We had no choice but to stay for hours waiting for our son, which (thanks to the park-n-ride) meant that I could have a few drinks.  When we left I was a bit 'merry' to say the least.  Great memories, and if going to uni here means more visits, it's all good for me.
